Guests participate as singles looking to score a date. Through a series of games, challenges, and witty banter the Dating Pool is narrowed down until a final match is made. Dates are encouraged to share a drink together at the Broadwater Plunge after the show.

- Dater Contestant: Participation in the Dating Pool, the group of potential dates for the Main Dater. Participation includes interacting with hosts and Main Dater, light physicality (standing).
- Main Dater: Participation as a contestant being set up on a date, includes 1 complementary drink at The Broadwater Plunge (valid day-of show only, to be redeemed after show's conclusion).
